This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas Bot ("Atlas," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use https://www.atlasbot.lol, the Atlas dashboard, Atlas Bot for Discord, Atlas Plus, support pages, and related services.

- Billing-related account details needed to manage Atlas Plus, such as subscription status, plan, Polar customer/subscription identifiers, receipts, and invoice metadata. Atlas does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or payment credentials.
When you sign in with Discord OAuth2 or authorize Atlas for a server, we may process:
- Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address made available through Discord OAuth2.
- Discord server IDs, server names, icons, roles, channels, permissions, and bot configuration needed to render and operate the dashboard.
- Bot configuration values you save, such as module settings, prefixes, moderation rules, logging channels, and server appearance settings.
Bot Feature Data
Depending on which modules a server administrator enables, Atlas may process:
- Moderation actions, audit events, warnings, mutes, bans, cases, verification events, tickets, giveaways, and support metadata.
- Discord IDs, usernames, role IDs, channel IDs, message IDs, timestamps, and settings needed for configured bot features.
- Message content or attachment metadata only where a configured feature needs it, such as message delete/edit logging, automoderation, tickets, or other server-requested workflows.
We may collect technical data needed to keep the service reliable and secure:
- IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
- Security, abuse-prevention, rate-limit, and error data.
- Cookie and privacy-choice records. See our Cookie Notice at /cookies.
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure Atlas, the dashboard, and Discord bot features.
- Authenticate users and manage account/session access.
- Apply server configuration and administrator-selected bot settings.
- Process Atlas Plus checkout, subscription status, billing support, and account entitlement checks.
- Respond to support, feedback, bug reports, and legal requests.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, debug errors, and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
- Use optional analytics, personalization, or marketing storage only when you have consented where required.
Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Contract necessity to provide requested services, account access, bot functionality, dashboard settings, and paid subscriptions.
- Legitimate interests to secure Atlas, prevent abuse, debug errors, maintain service reliability, and understand aggregate service performance where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent for optional cookies, analytics, personalization, marketing storage, and other processing that requires consent.
- Legal obligation where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
You can withdraw consent at any time through the privacy choices control or by contacting us.
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Atlas, including:
- Discord, when you use Discord OAuth2 or Atlas bot features.
- Polar, when you buy or manage Atlas Plus.
- Hosting, database, infrastructure, security, logging, and email/support providers.
- Professional advisers or authorities where required to comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
We require service providers to process information only for the services they provide to Atlas, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Cookies and Privacy Choices
Atlas uses essential cookies/storage for login, security, OAuth, checkout, and requested service functionality. Optional analytics, personalization, and marketing storage are disabled unless you enable them.
You can manage choices through the website privacy choices control. You can also clear browser storage or contact support@atlasbot.lol.
Atlas honors recognized Global Privacy Control signals as opt-outs from sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and marketing storage where applicable.

Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
Typical retention periods:
- Account/session data: while your account is active or as needed for security.
- Server configuration: while Atlas remains configured for that server or until deleted by an authorized administrator.
- Moderation, audit, ticket, and feature logs: according to the server's configured settings or until deleted by authorized administrators, subject to backups and legal obligations.
- Billing records: as long as needed for subscription administration, tax, accounting, chargeback, and legal requirements.
- Support requests: as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain service records.
- Security logs: for a limited period needed to detect abuse, investigate incidents, and maintain service reliability.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymize it where practical.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, secure transport, least-privilege practices, monitoring, and provider security controls. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should use strong account security and limit access to server administration roles.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive a portable copy of certain information.
- Withdraw consent.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
- Appeal a denied privacy request where applicable.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

EEA and UK users may also complain to their local data protection authority.

Atlas does not sell personal information. Atlas does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt in to a future feature that requires it. If that changes, Atlas will update this policy and provide legally required opt-out controls before enabling that processing.
Children
Atlas is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to Atlas without appropriate permission, contact support@atlasbot.lol so we can review and delete it where required.
International Transfers
Atlas and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
